Sales /channel Manager (Consumer Electronics)

Job Description:

YI seeks an experienced, passionate, consumer products sales leader with a proven record of managing large national retail channels and accounts.
The ideal candidate has a relentless focus on establishing a channel strategy and foundation for product sales, mentoring people through new situations. Has the ability to partner with cross-functional teams within the organization to establish best practices and opportunities for collaboration. Excellent analytical and communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage our ongoing sales relationships with key national channel and accounts and continuously look for new opportunities.

- Leading and winning in the retail space with positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotion.

- Accurate monthly sales forecasting and analysis of competitors and pricing within assigned accounts

- Timely and accurate reporting and tracking of key metrics, sell through, promotional and advertising results, and weekly prospecting activities

- Initiate and collaborate on all marketing collateral and establish sales promotions/special incentive programs.

- Support sales, meet with retailers, attend trade shows and conduct product, market and application training.

- Identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals

- Accountable for the on-time implementation of sales organization quotas and performance objectives

- Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

‪- Must have four (4) years CE and B2B experience, specifically in consumer electronics, camera retail, or specialty stores,

‪- Strong background in building a retail consumer products relationships
