Director of Sales

Job Description:

YI Technology is looking for an experienced, passionate, consumer products oriented USA sales leader with a proven record of managing large national retail channels and accounts.
The Sales Director is responsible for the direction and management of all sales and channel management. These include channel/sales planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales training, sales program implementation. Must have CE experience.

Key Responsibilities:

> Leading and winning in the retail space with positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotion.

> Initiate and collaborate on all marketing collateral and establish sales promotions/special incentive programs.

> Support sales, meet with retailers, attend trade shows and conduct product, market and application training.

> Lead the awareness of the competition and other market forces affecting the product lines.

> Identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals

Key Qualifications:

> Consumer electronics channel experience would be preferred

> Proven ability to develop talent and successfully drive towards strategic sales goals

> Detail oriented with strong communication and writing skills

> Prior experience working in consumer hardware sales
